OUR STORY
Virtus Capitalis was founded on the belief that many strong real estate opportunities do not fail for lack of value, but for lack of connection between the right asset and the right capital.
From Lisbon and Porto, we have built an approach grounded in local market knowledge, direct market access and a network of owners, investors, investment funds, developers and specialist partners.
